We ship most orders within 3 business days after receipt of payment; some ship out sooner. Please allow 10 business days for your order to arrive.
Every package we ship is FULLY insured. However, we can't accept responsibility if you have left instructions with your delivery carriers to leave your packages unattended and or without signature. All packages must go directly from us to USPS/UPS to you with no middle man including but not limited to building manager, neighbor, drop off center such as The UPS Store, etc. United States Po Boxes are fine and recommended.
There is no need for you to worry. In 2009 we shipped over 50,000 orders and none were lost or damaged in transit. In the rare event of loss or damage we will put in a claim and reship the items to you or issue a full refund. This process may take up to 2 months. Some countries have restrictions on precious metals; it is your full responsibility to be aware of any laws governing where you reside. We will not falsify any shipping documents with incorrect contents and or values.
All precious metal products we sell are authentic and certified genuine.
Once your order is confirmed it is a legal binding contract.
You must submit your payment within 48 business hrs and if mailing it should be postmarked within the same time frame. If for any reason you must cancel your order, you will be responsible for any market loss plus a $20 cancellation fee. No future orders will be allowed until your payment is made.
Once you have agreed to sell us your item(s) your order may not be cancelled but may be offset at our current buy price. If there is a market gain you will be responsible in the difference.
No product will be shipped from us until complete payment has been made.
We currently accept Credit Cards via Paypal (USA ONLY and maximum $500 per month), cashiers/personal/business checks, and our preferred method of Bank Wire.
Please note that ALL types of checks will have a 10 business day hold.
Market volatility along with potential problems with updating prices in our website may result in a void transaction. We reserve the right to void a sale at our discretion; however our full intent is to make a sale. While our inventory is up to date and current, we may be out of stock on a particular item in which case we will immediately contact you and offer you different plausible options.
We do not offer any investment advice and past performance is no guarantee on future outcomes. When placing an order please be aware that the metals market is volatile and as such there could be a loss/gain of principle.
30 DAY RETURNS:
We know you don't want to buy to later return an item, however we understand that sometimes you must for whatever reason. Any product returned to us must be shipped via USPS (Post Office), insured for its full value. Returned items must be in their original condition. You must first contact us for an approval before sending anything back. If there is a MARKET LOSS in a returned product it will be your responsibility and we will refund based on the current market value at the time of receipt. Return shipping charge is your responsibility.
Any MARKET GAIN shall be kept by us as we don't sell only to have an item later returned.
